it goes something like this:
i write something (or you write something)
and I send it to you (or you send it to me, etc)
and you make it yours (…)
you send it back ()
and forth, and so on.
when one is done it has to retire
i’ll keep the lock if you’ll keep the key.
and repeat, ad nauseum
